When the food is stacked at the outlet, the feeding will stop automatically so as to prevent the food from spilling over or blocking.

2.The feeding status each time can also be freely set 

One to six times of feeding can be set freely each day. Suppose we want to cancel the feeding of the third time, we only have to turn off the lock behind【NO.3】.



3.Manual feeding available 

Apart from automatic feeding, suppose we want to feed the pet by ourselves at certain time, we only have to press the manual feeding key and then start the feeding. This helps improve our relationship with pets.

This system can accommodate different shapes dry and semi-moist foods, but the food size can not over 0.39″ * 0.39″(1 cm*1 cm), otherwise the food may be stuck in the hole.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
